That's really the only cheese I would recommend.

And the Romanian deadlifts getting over 400 lbs quite impressive.
 
Didn't realize how strong you were until I took a look at how much weight you're doing. 630 lbs on the leg press for eight reps is Quite a feat.
 
A++ on this log. Not only are you doing the fasting, but you're also pushing some big weight.

Quick life update

I am currently very happy but the reason may be a little strange. So this one girl I worked with over the summer who I was considering dating and stuff didn’t workout w her. I ran into her recently and she put on a bunch of weight like at least 40 pounds. While time getting bigger and leaner she is getting wider. Can’t wait till summer to mess with her lol

Thanks bro I’m planning on eating 2 meals prepped a day now instead of on huge one. I’m planning on doing them 2-3 hours apart: pre one post workout. Let me know what you think of macros
