Approved Log My First Testosterone Anavar N2Guard cutting cycle Log

Bros it's not like you have to change up your diet because you're on cycle you are going to get more hungry though most likely
Should I still eat in the same caloric eat which is about 2100 calories if I’m trying to cut or should I bump it up a couple hundred
 
I just took my first injection of 300 test today
50mg anavar and 12.5 aromasin
How many grams of carbs,protein, and fat should I aim for ?
@Monogordo5 keep protein over 200 grams and cut the carbs more and fat up

on the diet i like it so far , you sure recording all carbs? :)

If I want to maximize the shredding ability of anavar how many hours of cardio should I aim for per day
cardio I suggest minimum 60min per day or 90min if you can do 45min/45min split

Alr I’ll start increasing cardio slowly and yes I track all macros in Cronometer then post a screenshot of it. Usually don’t go above 100
