Walking is more but Swimming is a less than before that's because of pool hours compared to the pool being open all day, it’s open in 45 min intervals. I also have less free time so I get up at 6 am to swim. Ketone strip posted below from thsi morning

Sounds good, should sodium I be concerned about my sodium intake as of now or will the come later on when we’re trying to shed some of the water retention it causes

I wouldnt worry too much but need to see more training and food updates from you, more regular because last time you were not in deep ketosis @Monogordo5
