Approved Log My First testosterone deca durabolin cycle Log

Hey all. Lifted 6 days this week. Took today off (Sunday) but every session went to failure and was productive. Yesterday's (Saturday) was the best all week. Was gonna take the whole weekend off but figure if I'm on gear I need to be pushing extra hard right?
Went in Saturday morning to bench and came DAMN near my PR. My PR is 305 but haven't even gotten close to that in about 5 years. I hit 300 for a single! It's only been a little over a week on the deca so I'm not sure if it can be kicking in that quick or if it's a placebo thing or if it's just that starting gear has really kicked up my determination. Either way, I'm fucking pumped about this. I'm easily gonna pass my PR soon. Here's the numbers for Saturday. Finished the session out with some shoulder work. The dumbells were light but believe me I was pretty smoked after benching and that's about all the weight I could handle afterwards.

Diet has been pretty much the same. Ran out of chuck so been eating lots of pork tenderloin in tacos and rice bowls. Last night was pizza night so had to put down some extra shakes for the lack of meat, but still getting over 250g protein a day. Had some whiskey too cos I couldn't help myself but it was pizza night so fuck it. Wasn't much though. Just a little.

How often and how much do you all drink on cycle?

yes don't forget about eating and drinking clean it's not just about the food it's all about the drinks
 
Awesome session on Saturday man! It is likely a combination of all the things you mentioned. Sure, long ester steroids take a while to reach peak levels, but they do start working immediately. Just not as much as if you compared to 4 weeks in.

Like I said, nothing exciting but just making sure I get in there and lift till I can't anymore.
I feel like I need to thicken up my legs some more to help my squat out so I've been putting in as much leg isolation work as possible.
Need to try and incorporate more shoulder work too as my overhead is definitely lagging behind my bench.

Well Boys I went for it... and i failed.. but it's all good. Had a great session anyway. Taking tomorrow off so I figured I'd go big today. Tried to put up 315 on bench and missed it. Got about halfway up, fought it for about 5 seconds (with clean form), realized it wasn't gonna happen and set it down. Will try again in a couple weeks. Here's the numbers from today.

You got me bro. I ain't done even a minute of cardio. Had big plans to...
Alright imma start getting it in. How much time you put into cardio a week? Would 15 minutes on the air bike every other day be enough? Keeping in mind that I'd like to not loose any weight.
