This is my first run with tren. Looking for any and all advice. I'm 6ft. 240lbs, 36 yes old. I'm running dragon tren/test blend= 100tren/250test mix.
Thursday Jan 11.
Started cycle: 6:30a.m. 100 MG tren E., 250mg test E.
10 sets of 8 bench press, 185lbs
12 sets of squats during bench for blood flow, 95lbs
10 sets of 10 hammers curls 35lbs dmbl
2 sets of 8 cable crosses
Food after: 2 servings of yogurt and 1 scoop of whey.
SLEEP: 10:30 a.m.to 5:30 pm.
Food 6pm: 1 can of cut grean beans, 1 pack of light tuna, olive oil, chips. 1 scoop of whey.
830 p.m. 2 servings on fat free yogurt, then work.
I plan to double the dose, making it 200tren/500test. Would it be optimal to split that dose twice a week, or have to take it all at once?
