Food, 10:30 a.m.
3 scrambled eggs on keto flour wrap
2 scoops of whey
Sleep: 11:45-6:30 pm
7p.m. training, 2 scoops whey
6mins cardio
Squats with 5lbs dmblls, under heals=100lb
5 sets of 10( I don't squat super heavy bc of a back injury)
Hamstring machine:
Each leg isolated, did two sets of 10 on each leg before rotation to squats, one leg then the other, started at 50lbs, the last double set on each leg was down to 30lbs
5 mins cardio
830 p.m. food
2 scoops of whey
Grilled chicken with salad, shredded cheese
2 mixed fruit cups
P.s. ordered a bottle of cod liver supplements, should be here tomorrow
