I knowni need to watch the fish, so I was able to pick this up today

it even says on the front 'minimally processed'
processed meats are awful for us because they contain preservatives that stress our bodies out and are carcinogenic in the body. this will only set you back.

do you have a whold foods near you? they sell rotisserie chickens for $8 that are plain with nothing added from usually 10am to 8pm daily.. i grab one of those in a pinch and it lasts me a solid 4 days. or you can buy your own chicken and cook it in an air fryer with some added lime, salt, pepper.

you will want to at the very least buy chicken that is step 2-3 and above. the diet and the living conditions of that chicken play a crucial role in the nutrition. think about it. if a chicken is fed chemicals and walks around in its own shit vs. a chicken outside having a good time eating seeds and bugs. its the same for eggs. with eggs always look for the humane friendly stamp

buying your own food and cooking it yourself is crucial as you prep it properly. restaurants and fast food use preservatives because they want the food to last longer. most of these preservatives are banned in europe and australia. but they are legal in the USA and Canada because food companies employ hundreds of thousands of people. so its up to YOU to make smart choices. another example is bleached flour, it is banned in the EU and australia but completely legal in the US/Canada. bleached flour is carcinogenic as is a magnet to disease. the USA is #2 in the world in obesity right behind Kuwait because of processed foods, their excuse is that they are a desert country that has to import all their food, what are americans excuse considering the USA grows more food than any other country?

That fruit cup wasn't filled with syrup was it ? Also that small bag costs alot for the amount of chicken u get in it. You would be better off buying a big pack of boneless skinless chicken and prepping it if time allows for you with prepping meals diet is a tricky one and alot of people under eat or over eat and have no idea why they start feeling awful over time, it's a balance you got 2 find it over time and find what keeps you preforming at your best

This is why these logs are so valuable......we can discuss things like frozen chicken and other options to it. And why there are better options. We all improve through these logs!
