fat intake is crucial for overall health and joint health
and fat loss and heart health like a huge list why its a must


good meals wow 304 grams protein you went all out perfect :) i would still add more fats to this
thoughts then on what the macro percentage break down should be ? P/C/F
 
I prefer training in the morning much more too. Food looks awesome.
I found the sweet spot at my gym is 7:30/8am start as most people are finishing up to head to work and the mums haven't got there yet as still doing school drop off. so you get about an hour and half where it's very quiet

thanks, I am a foodie which i think is what lead me to being a fatty. was always more quantity of the food i ate not the quality of food. never really been a big fast food or sweets guy just over indulge in food.

have been a little lazy of late and just making chicken breast and salad but will get some better looking cutting meals and recipes up in coming week

foodie can be clean and not fatty just mix the refeed foods into refeed days only :)
 
Im not mainly talking about just macros but more like adding 30-40 grams of omega 3 fats and healthy fats
like avocado and fish oil is that in your budget? @Trespassing_minds
Can add anything to my diet in reality, I am not stressed on the cost of eating.

I add salmon in to my meals every so often, my diet last week had been rather bland due to having mini holiday with fam and didnt go over board but wasn't cooking at home.

No being a foodie and enjoying my food lead me to being a fatty. Not that my food was fatty. More I would over indulge on quantity of food, going back for seconds or thirds at dinner and eating till I felt like exploding.

I have had to really focus on weighing and portioning my meals.

Quick update weight in today no weight change still sitting 96.5kg

Diet still at 1750cal to 1850cal per day

Smashed in what I felt like was a decent morning session today see the attached image for workout

Excited as my deliver from gearmanic should arrive today and can begin to add some anavar to my testosterone injections

Try and push myself, I am still a newbie go the gym so sometimes I feel my workout isn't big enough or hard enough

But I push the heavy weight till I fail at the rep and the go down a weight or two and try push out as many as I can.

As newbie I stay away from the scary big boy free weight and bench area and stick to my machines.

test and anavar thats going to be a good cycle

a few things lets talk
Dose - anavar 20mgs am, 20mgs pre workout
feel - thats going to take time 3-4 weeks minimum
sides? depends on testosterone dose, you do need an ai and you need organ liver support like n2guard
