I keep my meals pretty clean most of the time. Pics you see are steak, baked potatoes and a four bean salad mix with vinegar, capsicum salt n pepper. Easy n tasty. As with weights, happy to share. 40 kgs on lat pulldowns, 50kgs on bent over rows and 35kgs on barbell curls. I work long hours during the week, at least 10k steps a day and water training twice a week. Full on. Only on around 250-300 Sust a week so I do what I can and reasonable with the iron during the week. I can't burn out. Both mentally and physically.
