7 Days post surgery, pictures below.

Current state:

200MG test Cyp
2IU's HGH daily
.25 gm of Anastrazole twice a week
Gluathione (pills) - 1000MG a day
Fedogia Argrestis & Tonkgat Ali - 2 Capsules a day (1000MG)

Training on pause for 3-4 weeks at least.

Anyone have any insight on BPC-157? I hear it is great for tendon healing.

Also, when I should I think about a PCT or should I continue to self TRT until healed?

Apologies for the lack of updates as there has not been a lot to report.

On the healing front, I am 5 weeks Post Op from the Achilles tendon surgery and am doing fantastic. I started doing pull ups, push ups and core work 3 weeks ago, came of crutches 5 days ago and today was my first day back in the gym.

Currently on the below ...

Test Cyp 200MG once a week
HGH 2IU's a day
(Organ Support) Defend - Huge Supplements
Arimidex .5 MG twice a week
HCG 5IU's a week - For the last 2 weeks, my testis started to get small. (NO HCGENRATE ANYWHERE!)

Diet:
150-200G's of protein a day - Mostly animal protein chicken, center cut pork, beans, collagen and whey.
100-150G's of carbs a day - Mostly veggies broccoli, carrots, squash, brown rice
Fruits - Straws, Bananas, Apples, Grapes, Pineapple
Nuts - Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Cashews
4000MG of fish oil a day

I would like to add I ran TB500 and BPC 157 for 2 weeks along with the HGH.

I am healing way ahead of schedule and wanted some advice on next steps.

Do I need to PCT off the TRT? When should I look at coming off or can I stay on TRT until completely healed?

@bcbx212 hcgenerate is back on n2bm.com on Monday, they announced it, please go check monday, june 26 2023.

Diet I like you keeping things high protein but why no omega 3 fish oil for recovery?

You dont need to PCT off TRT, just stay on TRT dose dont come off middle of recovery.
