Lunch- pizza
Snack- chicken noodle soup
Dinner- salad with chicken
Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder
Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar, protein yogurt
I didn’t go to the gym today. I will have everything back on track tomorrow. I’m going to up my weight 5 pounds on every exercise this week
