I’m going to go down to 5 days but I can’t do 4 I need to go to the gym for my own mental health

Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- steak and guacamole

Dinner- steak, green beans and sweet potatoes with honey

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie
