The group of pictures is one day before cycle start, no pump. The second is last workout day a couple weeks ago with pump. Should have new cycle info up tomorrow and will start posting again regularly after mom gets home and settled in later this week.

I'm sorry about the situation with mom brother, you are being a great son and being there for her and that Is all one can do.
 
Mom came home yesterday, she’s a fighter and excelled in PT to the point the nursing home couldn’t justify keeping her any longer. Thank you all for your thoughts. They go a long way in helping me stay focused on what matters. Should be back at posting by Sunday, just getting her settled back in.

Since this is a new cycle starting for me should I just keep this thread going with it or start a new one? I was thinking just keep this going as it’s still a recomp cycle. Thoughts?
