I’ve been busting my ass in the gym for 3 years.
My body weight is 145 pounds.
Managed to get 245 pounds in the gym but haven’t been able to get stronger which sucks
same thing on squats. I’m stuck at around 300 and no more.
What are your recommendations for me to get strong? I need to break these plateaus.
