Thank you all for the support I'll log my chest day this morning *Flat bench wide grip 225 4 sets of 12 Superset with wide grip pullups 10reps Incline bench wide grip 225 4 sets 8 superset with Bent over row 135 for 12 (2 over 2 under hand) Chest press machine (close to contract more middle)200 tut 12 Superset with lat pulldowns using rope 60lbs for 8 Cable flys 4sets 30lbs for 12 then dropped to 20 burnout superset with DB pullovers 60lbs sets of 8 I try to work each body part twice a week changing routine even if just slightly each time. Besides adding to or taking from this routine next chest day I incorporate core after back. Core 3 times weekly Cardio 3times weekly usually burpees not a big fan of the treadmill... Also idk how to get my fuckin pictures on here. Saying file is too big.. tips?
@DillonAlexander the training not bad, what happened to the cardio? you said burpes thats not cardio, you need actual cardio bro like 5x/week its a must on cycle.Woke up 6ish took Wini 25mg waited bout till 8 oatmeal/banana milk. Lunch three packs of tuna ana supplement shake aminos/proteins Dinner grilled chicken hot sauce either green beans or sweet potatos. Again if this isn't right tell me family
