Definitely get up a shirtless pic man, we're not gonna judge you at all.

But we want to see where you're at now versus where you're going to be toward the end of this log.

Food looks really good man. Keep up the good work.

Just be careful with those sauces. Sometimes they can contain a lot of additives.
 
It can definitely see that your arms are growing. Good job on that.

Keep doing it and keep increasing the intensity.
 
I've always had more success, doing short and intense workouts.

I find that a lot of people just go to the gym and climb around for an hour.
 
Good job, implementing the rice. Those are some good carb options.

Make sure you are cooking them in a nice rice cooker. So that they're nice and fluffy.

Hey guys, checking in for the third time this week after hitting chest and back today with some biceps to finish. When it comes to chest I’m only doing incline presses as per the advice of some friends of mine as they allow to more easily isolate the pectoral muscles, and back was as per usual - hitting the machines and some dumbbell rows.

Post workout pic shows some serious mass being added to the arms and also included a shirtless pic that looks encouraging as it doesn’t look to me like I have any gyno issues.

I’ll be taking the weekend off to recover and rest up before Monday upper body annihiliation comes!

Let me know what you guys think of the progress in the pics and if you think I have any significant gyno as I really do value your input.

Today I woke up a bit more tired than usual so instead of training in the morning I hit the weights in the evening instead, focusing on arms and did a little shoulders too. I want to keep shoulders and back well rested so I can destroy them on Friday.

The workout was a bit shorter than usual as a result but I still brought the intensity, and as you’ll see by the post workout pic - the arms are growing massively!

Super excited about the progress and I hope to get another good back pic soon to see how that’s coming around.

yup hard to see in pic, but looks like you have gyno on your chest, can you do a closer shot of the lower chest pics, especially right nipple? thanks
