N2guard help

So I purchase a couple of bottles of n2guard and was hoping this stuff would last me for a few months because it's kind of expensive. But reading the label it seems like each bottle will last me only a month. Is it wrong for me to stretch out the bottles for 2 months and maybe run half the dose per day

on cycle you want to use the recommended dosage. off cycle sure you can halve the dose

On cycle you should use 7caps/day but if you're off cycle I use 3-4 caps/day so you can stretch it.

So you 1) should have read the label before 2) no. You wanna be cheap protecting yourself?

You may half the dose as long as you are OFF cycle

If you are on cycle run the 7 caps per day. If off cycle, you are good to run 3-4 caps per day.

If you are on a bduger then you can half dose the bottle atek about 4 caps per day and that better than nothing.

You can stretch it out and it'll still be a good multi, but when on cycle, don't skimp.
