Lost $570 with them...
I have placed an order with NapsGear 9 days ago. I made the payment via Zelle, $570 including the 15% Zelle fee NapsGear charges. I have sent numerous emails, submitted tickets, send numerous pictures of my Zelle account with the order number referenced, I emailed the account that received the payment and nothing.
NapsGear says it did not receive my payment - even with pictures of bank account and zelle transaction showing it was paid to the email addressed they provided with the order number entered as they had requests saying - Internet Service: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
What is your experience with them? Am I out of $570 on a scam?

@brazooka you didnt get scammed by napsgear, they have been around for 22 years they dont scam but they do have payment issues from time to time as any source. Rule #1 NEVER use zelle, always use Bitcoin BTC to pay for gear, this is a lesson for you.
Banks themselves lie and lock up funds for zelle all the time

Thanks so much for helping… I ordered two cycles… see below my order. First of Test C and Winnie, then take a break PCT and do a full cycle on Test P only.. I should’ve broken down the order, at least I could’ve order again ….
