I am currently using protein powder
am doing one scoop in the morning with a shake and then I'm also doing one scoop in the afternoon post-workout with some almond milk
that gives me about 60 to 80 g of protein extra. I'm looking for more protein options on top of that. should I be taking a protein pill or should I look at taking a bar?
