Need more protein options

I am currently using protein powder
am doing one scoop in the morning with a shake and then I'm also doing one scoop in the afternoon post-workout with some almond milk
that gives me about 60 to 80 g of protein extra. I'm looking for more protein options on top of that. should I be taking a protein pill or should I look at taking a bar?
 
you don't need as much protein as people think.

i just read yet another study where athletes ate .6g per pound per day on average of protein vs. ones that did the same thing and supplemented with protein on top of it. guess who had better gains? the first group. turns out the protein powder actually inhibited gains because you were stressing out your body too much
