MORNING GUYS!
Tricep workout yesterday was as follows:
3 sets of 10 tricep pushdowns 25lb, 40lb, 60lb
3 sets of 10 overhead extensions 25lb, 40lb, 60lb
3 sets of 10 bodyweight dips
2 sets of 10 kickbacks
3/4 mile run at about 60%
All in all feeling great! My neighbor has been watching me run and he is all in for getting on the train. Hope he sticks with it with me as living a life over 350lbs isn't really living...
