Yesterday's workout was as follows:
100 wide push-ups
100 staggered pushups
100 standard pushups
100 downward pushups
2 mile brisk walk (with my neighbor) About 13 minutes a mile. (he's new and I'm not trying to scare him out of keeping this up) His heart rate was at 140 when we were done so he got a workout from this.
Breakfast: 4 eggs, cup of Greek yogurt with walnuts, raspberries, and blueberries. 30g protein shake
Lunch was brown rice with 8oz shredded chicken. with boost shake
dinner was steak hibachi with NO YUMYUM SAUCE!
but i want to see you do more weights too
