Well, this has been my first LEG session back since my last fight for leg day training…
I finally retired about four months ago, but my last flight hit me pretty hard with leg injuries… (prob had 2/3 fights to many to be honest with my age)
Cracked patella and slight tear in quad.. so was back into it this morning…
Talking to a few people online and a few friends of mine.. I’m running .75 of Test and the same of bold.. two times a week..
Now I’m struggling to keep weight on as I’m an Eo morph with a high metabolism burning a lot of calories per day so I’m struggling to keep the weight on it and I’m thinking of taking up to one and one ML per week. Thoughts guys ?

I dont think you need more ML, I think you need more FOOD @AK-47s if we can get the macros up I bet you can grow
but adding some testosterone wouldn't hurt to be honest +2xx mgs range
