Ostazol with a pre workout

there are 30 days worth if you dose 7 caps a day. if you do half a dose a day on average the bottle lasts 2 months

7 caps per day you get 30 days from a bottle of ostazol I think 210 capsules but I would start with 3 caps per day.

I used ostazol for 4 weeks 3 times, good results, pumps in gym and energy.

Just need to use it slower starting 3 caps/preworkout and 1 intra workout before you goto 6-7.
