Questions about bloodwork

I've posted about sides I'm experiencing.
I break out in hives when I start getting warm. I can't workout, stay in the sun, be in a warm room, or stay in a hot shower too long. I originally thought it could be the AI. I was running 400mg/Test for over a year (first mistake I know)
I dropped to 175mg/wk of Test now for over 2 months, and I have not taken anything else. I still break out in hives.
I asked doc to switch from pre-made vials using GMO cottonseed carrier oil, to pharmacy compounded organic MCT carrier oil. I'm hoping my hives are a result of build up of an allergy to something in the cottonseed oil.
I don't know what I'll do if this doesn't stop it.

Anyways..

Here's my most recent blood work. Any tips for elevated RBC, low MCH and BUN/Creatinine Ratio? I assume I can take D3 for low vitamin D?
Any insights and tips would be appreciated. Thanks all!

yes supplement d3... kidney numbers are often off by most that work out intensely... drink plenty of water and dont go nuts on protein... n2guard is always helpful for these numbers as well so you may want to consider supplementing that...

I would add vitamin d daily get the liquid form and get n2guard for daily use 7 caps ed, should fix you right up. Increase water intake too.
 
do you live in a sunny place? if not look into infrared sauna to get your vitamin D.

low BUN levels are not good. i would monitor that close and it could be something very serious.

also low iron levels tie into vitamin deficiencies. this is likely a gut issue
 
Looks like you need a lot more vitamin D asap daily with n2guard daily
