Is there a rep for RCS on the forum? I’ve not posted here before but have ordered from RCS a couple of times and been happy. I had a recent order that was shipped to the wrong address by RCS (their error not mine). I’ve emailed 3x (as requested above) and called customer service which always goes to voicemail. It’s been a week, four messages later and I’m being completely ignored. I preferred to resolve this privately and cooperatively but when I get absolutely no response after a week of trying I’m forced to bring it up here. Any help would be appreciated.
