I certainly cannot tell by just looking at the box and i cant imagine anyone who possibly could.. It all comes down to buying from sources that you can trust... i am speaking for myself here and for what i personally recommend to others and that would be to never by from people with no reviews, reputation and trust... thats up to you on trusting who you got it from but i would never buy from "someone at the gym" whatsoever myself.. to each their own though

I work extreme hours I’m not on here for days at a time don’t have time to take pics update my food , my weight etc

you cant tell by just looking at something if its real or fake.. most counterfeits are done extremely well and often times you just have to take the risk and check through bloodwork.. the roid test kits are not reliable and thats why its very risky if you dont know and trust the source... not everyone made mention of keeping a log either... thats something that many people like but not everyone pushes that on others... ive never brought it up once this thread and rarely do in general..

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy. You are coming to us for answers but you refuse to share, how is that not a 1 sided relationship? we want to see your LOG and we will help guide you with log and other questions.
