sarm cycle and pct requirements

Hey guys,

long time lurker, first time poster. Just ordered GW and Rad140. I've done a couple GW cycles before but this is the first time stacking with anything. Looking to lose the dad bod and saw another post on here where some of you guys recommended GW & Rad140 stack. So I ordered this from umbrella labs but admittedly I don't know what I should do for PCT since it seems like I'll need it with the Rad. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to lay out a cycle for you but we need something from you also.

I assume you got 2 bottles of each right? if not go do that.

week 1-8
20mgs cardarine gw/day (10mgs am/10mgs preworkout)
20mgs testolone rad/day (10mgs am/10mgs preworkout)
7caps n2guard/day -split dose 3/4 caps (organ liver support a must - learn about n2guard here)

PCT
nolvadex 60/40/20/10
clomid 25/12.5/12.5
hcgenerate 5caps/day (split dose 3/2)

Now the cycle above is an example and we really need you to start your LOG journal with diet training cardio sleep nutrition supplements and more so we can guide you properly and help you cycle the sarms.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i like GW and RAD both at 15mgs

wow! man thank you for all of that! I'll start a log tonight or tomorrow depending on when I have a chance. I do have one noob/dumbass question.. can you recommend somewhere to pick up pct as I've never had to use it before, I don't know the first place to look! Thanks again!
