I started taking about 15 mg of ostarine for a few day but had to stop because a co worker got me sick and I couldn’t work out and I wanted to stop supplements for a bit till I got better, it’s been about a week and I feel much better, is it safe for me to start my sarms cycle again?

yes i would start it back up! you could also up the dose to 25mg

you can start a sarms cycle again easy but at least 50mgs ostarine

Your dosing should be 50mgs daily, but for better result, consider adding 20mgs of GW
