Shoulder/rotator surgery

Tore a ligament in my shoulder, a little over 2cm wide and retracted almost 3cm, having surgery this Friday, well be done using an endoscopy i believe it is called, with 4 small incisions. Looking for feedback from people who have gone through a similar surgery, wondering how long before you were back the gym..
Hearing a lot of horror stories about long painful recovery. I'm stocked up on bpc157 and tb500 to hopefully speed things up. Been out of the gym since July when it happened aba it's killing me watching all my gains slowly disappear.

I think the recovery is not that long or painful if you go slow and recovery with bpc and tb imo

never had surgery but tore my shoulder about 10 years ago. mobility exercises, stretching, yoga have been the solution. i won't ever be able to lift heavy but it is manageable

Key is patience. I've had an injury that had me out of the gym 16 weeks. But I did ALL the rehab then eased back in SLOWLY

Shoulder injuries are really tough to recover from.

It just depends on how severe it is.

Make sure your surgeon knows what they're doing.

I'm assuming you researched this type of procedure and your doctor has good credentials.

These types of surgeries are quite common among pictures and quarterbacks.

There's a pretty good chance you're able to come back, but it will take time

Make sure you don't skip rehab time. That's gonna help you come back quicker.

Will do. Planning on starting it in the next day or so. Surgery is on Friday.
