Day 11 of BPC157 and TB500
DIET:
0600 - 1/2c oatmeal, 1 peach, 1 banana, 1tsp honey, 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water blended as shake.
0930 - omelet with peppers, onions, sausage bacon and cheese w 2oz salsa and 1oz sour cream
1300 - 5oz grilled chicken over 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin
1530 - 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.
2000 - 2 roasted chicken thighs with skin, 1 sweet potato, 1c blanched carrots and broccoli. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water
TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 60 minutes
SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
