DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water
0800 - 3 eggs scrambled with 4oz chuck steak and 1/2c cheddar cheese and 1/2 avocado
1200 - 4oz grilled chicken mixed with 2c mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and blue cheese. Dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 1/2 avocado. 1 c cottage cheese. 1 peach.
1630 - 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple, 8oz beef bone broth.
2100 - 8oz asian dumpling sausage from local butcher, 1/2 large sweet potato. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

- Strength training 1500 - 1615, (Monday's missed workout, I left work early Tuesday to get this in)
