I appreciate that but do not see it in my future. I competed once in a powerlifting meet, just for the experience and it was awesome but my competition days are long gone. Now I only compete against myself, but thank you.
 
I have been experimenting with trying to eat in an 8 hour window a few days a week with the exception of my shake at 0530. Some days are really tough to stick it out due to training from the day before. I am seeing how this would be beneficial though not only from an aesthetic point but digestive health as well. Hoping to string a few days together maybe 5 here in the future.

Day 5 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water

1230 - 4oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, mushrooms, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with 1/4c blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic. 1 banana, 5oz porterhouse. 1/2 avocado

1530 - 2 peaches, 1 apple

1930 - 10oz fresh tuna, 1.5c jasmine rice. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2130 - 0500 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg

1530 - 2 peaches, 1 apple

2100 - shrimp fajitas, (1 avacado, 15 shrimp, peppers, onions, 3-4" corn tortillas) 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120 min

SLEEP: 2230 - 0530 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
