Today was the first day back from vacation and the first day of eating in a time restricted 7 hour window from 1:30pm to 8:30pm. Kids are back in school schedules are hectic between their sports and my training and so goes life.
The next week will be an adjustment with everyone's new schedules as I will be incorporating early am fasted cardio and my jiujitsu schedule changes as well. My training and jiujitsu all revolves around work and the kids sports so I will still be keeping 2 days of strength training, 2 days of jiujitsu and 2 days of walking/running, (working up to a 30min+ run) and hopefully 1 solid bike ride every week. Unfortunately as a result I may have a couple days a week where I only get 6 hours of sleep, so take it easy when you see these logs of less sleep.

DIET:
1330 - 4oz flank steak, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin.
1400 - 1c peaches and 1c cottage cheese with 1 banana
1830 - 2 clementine oranges, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 homemade oatmeal protein bar
2030 - 10oz skirt steak, 1.5c roasted spaghetti squash and 1 sweet potato. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 2tsp psyllium husk
TRAINING:
Rest day
SLEEP: 2145 - 0445 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
