I am down to 213.6 pounds today. I was 238 pounds April 1. The fasting seems to be really driving it home and will be picking up the cardio this week.
Not the best diet today either but better than yesterday. It seems like eating in a time restricted window I can have a little more room for error, within reason.

DIET:
1230 - 2 slices of gluten free bread, each topped with an artichoke red pepper tappenade, then feta and an over medium egg with 3 ]inches of bacon on the side.
1300 - two breakfast sandwiches each consisting of 1 English muffin, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs and a slice of American cheese.
1630 - 2 roasted chicken thighs with the skin, 1 sweet potato and 2c blanched broccoli.
2000 - 1 scoop chocolate ice cream with banana slices and peanut butter.
TRAINING:
Rest day, had a 45 minute baseball catch with my son.
SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
