Thank you brothers for all the continued encouragement. I had such a craving last night for some fat kid snacks. All I could thing about was the cheese steak sandwiches we used to get from this sandwich shop and when I got home from jiu-jitsu there we like 30 toll house chocolate chip cookies on the counter fresh baked for my daughters game tonight. So, I settled for a little bit of my son's velveeta shells and cheese macaroni and cheese. Thankfully it was not as good as I was anticipating. But, man, I'm really wanting a fat kid cheat day! I think its psychological!
Also, we were on a zoom call with a college coach last night until almost 10pm so sleep is down again and up at 0400 for fasted cardio. They're 3 hours behind us but the coach sounds promising, worth the temporary sleep depravation. Fingers crossed for my girl! She's a beast!!!!!

DIET:
1230 - 6oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens with cucumbers, tomato, bell peppers, jalapenos, and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic.
1300 - 5oz shredded chicken with salsa and black beans, jalapenos and shredded lettuce.
1630 - 1c cottage cheese, 1c peaches and 3 hard boiled eggs
2030 - 6oz homemade meat loaf, 1c sautéed zucchini, squash and carrots, 1c roasted red, gold and sweet potato, 1c macaroni n cheese. 1 scoop protein w 2 tsp psyllium husk powder and 10oz water.
TRAINING:
Jiu Jitsu 60 minutes
SLEEP: 2200 - 0400 approx 6 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
