So. . . had some labs done last week and everything looks good but man o man is my Test through the fricken roof. 3023 Test, 1015 Free Test. Needless to say DS gear is on point and doing its thing. Are these numbers too high for me to finish cycle? I have 6 doses left over the next 3 weeks and I want to continue. Sides are minimal less feeling like I have ADHD and have a hard time not bouncing all over the damn place.
Pretty much finished with the peptides too. I have 2 more doses of TB500 in a vial though so I will finish this week and the BPC157 is done. I strongly recommend these to anyone considering. I am glad I did it.
Im only fasting during the weekdays moving forward, I want my weekends and hot breakfasts back with my family. I love dinner table time with my wife and kids. I have learned a lot about how my body responds to food and timing in just the short time I have ben doing this. I am almost to my goal weight and will likely just try to maintain through the remainder of the year once this cycle ends at the end of September.

1300 - 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c strawberries and blueberries. 1c italian sub salad, (made at home)
1900 - 8oz grilled barramundi, 1c jasmine rice, 1.5c wilted spinach and 1c sauteed cherry tomatoes.
2000 - 1 scoop protein, 2tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.
