Kinda wierd, but I woke up today and it was a scheduled pin day but I didn't want to. I always pin first thing in the morning on pin days. I will pin before bed tonight but I never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to this cycle coming to an end. Anyone else?

DIET:
1200 - 3oz flank steak and 1 sweet potato.
1230 - 6oz grilled chicken and 2c mixed greens, cucumber, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos and blue cheese crumbles, balsamic and olive oil.
1630 - 1c cottage cheese and 1c mixed blue, razz and black berries
2100 - 2 slices of rye bread, 3 slices of provolone, 3 oz roasted turkey and 2 slices of tomato.. 1 scoop protein, 2tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.
TRAINING:

SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 7 hours.
