I have been prone to 1 to 2 upper respiratory infections a year since i got pneumonia in 2019, not sure why but its been a regular thing the last quarter of the year every year since then.
I'm certainly on the mend, starting to feel better. Made up for taking Friday as a rest day today. I just want to be a modern day spartan bros!

0800 - homemade breakfast burrito, (eggs, bacon, cheese, potatoes and tortilla) after strength training
1000 - homemade oatmeal bars, (after jiu-jitsu)
1700 - taco burgers. Basically 4oz lean ground beef mashed into tortilla, pan seared and topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese. 1c sweet potatoe fries.
2000 - bok choy, shrimp and organic japanese wheat noodles. 1 scoop protein, 2tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.
