DIET:
0900 - 4 scrambled eggs with chorizo, black beans, jalapenos, grated cheddar and dice potatoes. Topped with salsa and sour cream
1230 - 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, jalapenos, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 1 avocado
1600 - 4oz chicken, organic japanese wheat noodles and bok choy, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple
1900 - 2c chicken, brussel bacon bake. 1 scoop protein, 2tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.
