I am currently running a trt program scheduled and monitored by physician, administering myself at home. currently taking Test Cyp 200mg/ml @ .8ml per week. We started this in May of 23 and have it well dialed in late September. I am 43 with a powerlifting background, have 2 kids in travel sports and work 50 hours a week. I train 3 to 4 times a week with compound BB movements and accessory exercises. I do not compete anymore, (was natural when I did) and do not plan to in the future. Just want to be the strongest person I can be. 6'-0" @ 238 pounds. In May before trt I weighed 227. Was up to 245 in August and have started to dial back some calories.
T numbers currently at 1050, estradiol at 48 and hematocrit at 49. Doc says to dial it back to .7ml to bring the estradiol and hematocrit down a touch. Liver and kidney function look good. labs and consult again in 6 months, so March of 2024.
I want to get jacked bro! I want to scare all the boys at my teenage daughters volleyball games and have those teenage boys think twice! In all seriousness I just want to be bigger and stronger!
I sleep between 6 to 7 hours during the week, 8 to 9 on weekends. Wake at 4am in bed by 9pm and asleep before 10, depends, on well, nevermind. You get the picture.
Consuming approx 3200 to 3500 calories per day, 125 to 160 g protein per day. 90% of my diet is real food, we stay away from processed food and fast food. Occasional coca cola, no rec drugs, alcohol or smoking.
Currently on blood pressure meds and typical multivitamin, fish oil. Also taking Creatine Monohydrate. Let me know if I missed anything as this is my first log.
