Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
Mon 04.24.23 Day 23 Anavar/Test
I was looking back through training logs and have determined I am long overdue on a rest/deload week. That coupled with how my body and last two strength training sessions went, a rest week is due. We are already missing jiu-jitsu this evening due to an event and will return on Thursday. I will resume strength training on Friday. Wanted to give you all a heads up when you see there's no training logged. My last real rest was Christmas break.
DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, 3 caps N2G, 24oz water. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, probiotic, 1tsp psyllium fiber.
0530 - 1/2c dry oatmeal, 1 scoop protein, 1c mixed berries
0830 - 1 breakfast burrito, (1 egg, 2 pieces of bacon, shredded cheese, 1 - 10" flour tortilla), 1c cottage cheese, 1 c mixed berries and 1 banana
1200 - 2 caps N2G, mixed dreens salad, 10 oz chicken, 1/2 avacado, olive oil and balsamic
1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder.
1600 - 25mg anavar, 100mg test cyp
1830 - Approx 10oz lean ground beef, 10 roasted brussel sprouts, 4 roasted small red potatoes
2000 - 2 caps N2G
SLEEP: 2100 - 0430 approx 7.5 hours
WATER: approx 3/4g

I posted in week 2 that my estimated 1RMs were up 30 pounds on bench and squat best on calculating my weight and reps.
