I feel the need to clarify that my cardio comes from jiu-jitsu and my wife. I strength train a minimum of 2 days a week and jiu-jitsu 2 days a week. If I get a third strength day it is a BB type session with dumbbells and cables and if I get a third day of jiu-jitsu it is an open mat sparring session of approximately 60 minutes. These third days are dependent on my kids sport events and my listening to my body. I do walk 3 to 5 miles a day at work Monday through Friday. I will likely start some jogging in the fall as my son has a few 5k's on his radar and we will do them together. On with the log!

Thur 05.18.23 Day 47 Anavar/Test
Day 17 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0530- 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk.1/2c dry oatmeal, 1 scoop protein and 1c mixed berries

0800 - 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c mixed blueberries and peaches, 2 small bananas.

1130 - 10mg SR-9009, 4oz chicken, spinach and romaine mixed with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mushroom and bell pepper and crumbled blu cheese, olive oil and balsamic.

1200 - 2 caps N2G

1500 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 clementine, 1 apple

1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1730-1930 Jiu-jitsu 90 minutes

2000 - 6oz chorizo sausage, 1.5c spanish quinoa, 1 avacado

2030 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2caps N2G

TRAINING: Jiu-jitsu 90min
SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

Weighed in at 230.0 today!

My outside left knee is still acting up, hips ache and that lower right back thorac just off center of lower spine still aches now and again, especially locking out deadlifts.

Whah fuc*#in' whah, right? Welcome to the barbell iron grind. Quit your whining and either revamp your training or add 5 more pounds and grind!

DIET:

0830 - 1c roasted potatoes w 1/2c shredded cheddar. 4 egg omelet with bacon, mushroom, jalapeno and cheddar. 1 avocado. 2oz salsa, 1oz sour cream

1130 - 10mg SR-9009, 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c mixed blueberries and peaches, 2 caps N2G

1330 - 1c orzo pasta with peas, asparagus and spinach mixed into it - (twas pre-workout)

1415-1530 - TRAINING Deadlift and Overhead Press 3's

1530 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water, 1c orzo with spinach, peas and asparagus topped w 4oz salmon. 3 hard-boiled eggs, 4 clementines, 1 apple

1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1900 - went out for Thai food. Had drunken noodles and crispy duck, fried calamari and spring rolls.

Weighed in at 228.4 this am, likely because I ate less amount and less frequently than usual.

Also, I miscounted the anavar cycle length, this is the last week coming up. Going into week 8 it feels like its not working anymore, perhaps my body is building a tolerance to it, maybe the sarms are starting to kick in, just doesnt seem to have the same pumps and muscle hardness I did in weeks 4 and 5? Definitely seeing differences in body comp though and I'm down quite a bit on the scale but strength has certainly increased. Will post photos and stats end of May.

Day 19 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0800 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0845 - 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk.

0930 - 2 breakfast sandwiches, (2 eggs, 1 slice cheese, 2 slice bacon, 1 on biscuit and 1 on English muffin)

1000 - 100mg test cyp

1100 - 1230 jiu-jitsu 60min

1330 - 10mg SR-9009, 1 can tuna, 1/2c shredded chese and handful of raw spinach rilled in protein wrap, 1 banana. 2 caps N2G.

1800 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1830 - 1 ate ½ 12" pizza and 4 garlic knots. I havent had pizza in almost 12 months. It was take out pizza from a local italian place, makes their own sauce, dough, even sausage.

2130 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2caps N2G

TRAINING: jiujitsu 60 minutes
SLEEP: 2230 - 0730 approx 9 hours
