Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
04.10.22 Day 8 Anavar/Test
DIET:
0500 - 20mg anavar, 3 caps N2Guard, 24oz water
0530 - 1c raisin bran/1c oatmilk
0545 - 1 scoop protein/ 1c oatmilk
0730 - 1 banana, 1c greek yogurt
0930 - 1c cottage cheese, sliced peach and few strawberries
1100 - green salad/approx 6oz shredded chicken olive oil and balsamic vin
1200 - 2 caps N2Guard
1400 - 3 hard boiled eggs/1scoop protein w 1c water/3 clementine oranges
1500 - 1 apple
1700 - 20mg Anavar
1730 - few pieces of hard cheese and slice of sourdough toast
1900 - 6 homemade meatball sliders, (each was the size of a golfball)
2000 - 2 caps N2Guard
Drank just shy of 1g water, approx 120 oz.
Sleep 2100-0445 approx 7.5 hours
TRAINING
Deadlifts WU SETS, 252# x 5, 290# x 5, 330# x 5
Overhead Press WU SETS, 120# x 5, 138# x 5, 155# x 5, 135# x 5
- The following 5 exercises, (ACCESSORY WORK) were ran as a circuit for 3 sets
Lat Pull Down 160# @ 8 reps
EZ Bar Upright Row 95# @ 10 reps
DB Hammer Curl 30# @ 12 reps
Ab Roll from knees bodyweight @ 15 reps
Reverse Hyper Extensions bodyweight @ 15 reps
REST 3 MINUTES REPEAT FOR 3 SETS
My goal is to update this daily. With diet, training and gear. I weigh myself Sundays. As of Sunday 04.09.23 I weighed 232 pounds and body fat was approximately 22% using a caliper. It was a very consistent measurement for 5 straight measurements. So far I do feel a little leaner, mid section at waist seems to be thinning out some. My wife says I feel harder especially tris, pecs and lats. My quads seem to be a little more defined. I am considering upping my dosage of anavar but know the importance of patience. I also want to up my test to 300mg a week but might wait for the anadrol cycle later this summer. Thoughts?
