04.10.22 Day 8 Anavar/Test

DIET:
0500 - 20mg anavar, 3 caps N2Guard, 24oz water
0530 - 1c raisin bran/1c oatmilk
0545 - 1 scoop protein/ 1c oatmilk
0730 - 1 banana, 1c greek yogurt
0930 - 1c cottage cheese, sliced peach and few strawberries
1100 - green salad/approx 6oz shredded chicken olive oil and balsamic vin
1200 - 2 caps N2Guard
1400 - 3 hard boiled eggs/1scoop protein w 1c water/3 clementine oranges
1500 - 1 apple
1700 - 20mg Anavar
1730 - few pieces of hard cheese and slice of sourdough toast
1900 - 6 homemade meatball sliders, (each was the size of a golfball)
2000 - 2 caps N2Guard

Drank just shy of 1g water, approx 120 oz.
Sleep 2100-0445 approx 7.5 hours

TRAINING
Deadlifts WU SETS, 252# x 5, 290# x 5, 330# x 5
Overhead Press WU SETS, 120# x 5, 138# x 5, 155# x 5, 135# x 5

- The following 5 exercises, (ACCESSORY WORK) were ran as a circuit for 3 sets
Lat Pull Down 160# @ 8 reps
EZ Bar Upright Row 95# @ 10 reps
DB Hammer Curl 30# @ 12 reps
Ab Roll from knees bodyweight @ 15 reps
Reverse Hyper Extensions bodyweight @ 15 reps

REST 3 MINUTES REPEAT FOR 3 SETS

My goal is to update this daily. With diet, training and gear. I weigh myself Sundays. As of Sunday 04.09.23 I weighed 232 pounds and body fat was approximately 22% using a caliper. It was a very consistent measurement for 5 straight measurements. So far I do feel a little leaner, mid section at waist seems to be thinning out some. My wife says I feel harder especially tris, pecs and lats. My quads seem to be a little more defined. I am considering upping my dosage of anavar but know the importance of patience. I also want to up my test to 300mg a week but might wait for the anadrol cycle later this summer. Thoughts?

1200 - 1 Breaded chicken breast, (approx 8 oz), 6 oz fresh mozz, 1 cup penne pasta
1500 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 clementine oranges, 1 apple
1700 - 20mg Anavar
1730 - TRAINING
2000 - 1.5 chicken breast baked with parmesan cheese crust, 1 cup blanched carrots seasoned with real butter S+P, .5 cups roasted potatoes, olive oil, garlic and S+P
2030 - 2 caps N2Guard, 1 scoop protein and 1c almond milk

Drank just over a gallon of water
Sleep 2200-0500 approx 7 hours

Jiu-Jitsu 90 minutes

Notice two separate cramps last night, 1 in lower left calf in training and one in lower left abdominal, ("wrestling with my wife") I will start incorporating an additional banana, electrolytes and a better magnesium supplement into my diet.

Bananas arent the best source for potassium, add avocados they are better. And you should drink electrolyes daily as is no matter what.

btw I saw your probiotics now way, you need to take way more probiotics like 100billion mix of probiotics and spore based probiotics, have you switch up?

The feedback from everyone is awesome, thank you! I have some updates since the last log update that should hit all the comments prior to diet/training log. I cannot believe that I have been so blind to the electrolytes for so long. Makes sense as I have been on a constant bulk and the epitome of a meat head for so long.

Yesterday I did drink a G2 first thing in the am and although it did help, Gatorade is garbage in my opinion. I slammed 16oz of no sugar Pedialyte last night, after dinner, before bed and that helped significantly. Yesterday I did order a tri blend magnesium to replace what I currently have and that blend will be for better absorption than what I currently have. Also ordered an electrolyte/BCAA blend which exceeds LMNT electrolyte and Pedialyte and has BCAAs al well so looking forward to that coming in and will sip on no sugar Pedialyte in the mean time for the next few days until arrival.

Did discuss with my wife last night about more vegetables and avocados added to our grocery list so this should all increase in logs to come.

The probiotics I am on seem to be working well. I am consuming 60 more grams of protein a day for the last 5 days and continue to be comfortably regular. I will continue to monitor and adjust accordingly.

I have bumped Anavar dose from 40mg day to 50mg day as of today. Definitely noticing some body changes. I am able to put my socks on while sitting on the floor and I can tie my shoes without holding my breath. Feeling much drier, and harder. I used to feel bloated and uncomfortably full all the time which has also seemed to go away. Other than feeling kind of like a sponge out of water, (likely due to lack of electrolytes and poor mineral absorption) I am feeling awesome. There were a few times I notice after doing some stairs, my legs were on fire, again I'm thinking an poor electrolyte/mineral absorption. I think I am feeling a strength increase but wont know more until squat/bench day Friday. It has been noted on the jiu-jitsu mat though and one individual even commented on on my strength Tuesday so, for whatever that's worth, I'm looking forward to the results of the next month to come.

my only suggestion is lower the amount of processed and fake food in your diet..oat and almond milk is fake food for example. so are noodles
