Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
Tues 04.18.23 Day 17 Anavar/Test
DIET:
0515 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0545 - 1/2c oatmeal (dry), 1c blueberries, mixed with 1 scoop protein powder and 1 scoop protein w 10oz water.
1130 - Mixed greens salad, 8 oz shredded chicken and ½ avocado, bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded mozzarella and some croutons dressed with olive oil and balsamic. Followed by, 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c of mixed sliced peaches and blueberries.
1200 - 2 caps N2G
1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 4 small tangerines, (size of glof balls) 1 banana, 1 apple
1700 - 20mg anavar
1800 - 2000 Training
2000 - 12oz pulled pork, 2-8” corn tortillas, 3 oz sour cream, 6 oz queso fresco, cilantro, jalapenos, green onions, white onions, ½ avocado, shredded lettuce
2030 - 2 caps N2G.
TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120 minutes
SLEEP: 0945 - 0445 approx 7 hours
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
Seems kind of weird but from day 10 to 14 I was feeling very hard, lean and strong. The last few days I have not. Can any of you speak to experience with Anavar? I know it is slightly different for each person but do I ride this out or should I ramp up my dosage? I do not want to figure more is better, I'm really thinking I am just adapting to it and getting used to it now that my diet and hydration and sleep are dialed in I am feeling less of the side effects. Maybe I'm thinking to much too, just putting it out there. I will say though I am noticing separation in muscles especially delts, traps, quads and even from lower pecs and upper abs, waist seems more definitive as well.
