I want lose fat and decided to get a SR and GW stack. I have MK677 left and was wondering if I could take all 3 or is it better to just do the stack. Also I was curious about how much I should be intaking on the stack, I’m 200lbs and 6’ tall.

@Bane999 you can stack all 3 but depends on many factors.

Example stacking stenabolic if you doing high carbs might be an issue and if you getting lean nutrobal might mess up hunger and leptin.
To really help you we need to see your LOG journal with diet training so we can get your stack together and help you lose bodyfat.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Just do the stack. MK677 can make you wanna eat.

I was already taking MK for 8 weeks.
25mg daily for 8 weeks.
Just came off of it last week. That was my first time with sarms. I noticed a big jump in my strength and liked it. I’m looking for more of a lean look. The MK holds so much water, I lost weight after going on a cruise this passed week lol.

if you are wanting a strong cutting cycle, mk677 is not ideal as it takes quite a long time of use to start to get the fat burning effects from it.. this would be a far more ideal stack for you to go with for fat loss
