Steroids and estrogen

I know that steroids can convert 2 estrogen. but how do you combat that?
let's say I was to do testosterone 500 mg a week along with some anadrol or dianabol
would it be okay if my estrogen level is shot up while I was on them?
I’m only 24 years old and i don’t want to get bitch tits or anything like that.

500mgs test /week with dbol you will have high estrogen.

Add some aromasin 10mgs ED and n2guard.
