I want to know how to get strength increase and fat loss while on cycle of sarms
I’m looking at using g w and perhaps something like lgd with it
maybe 20 milligrams per day of each for about 10 weeks
I’m in my 30s and I have 207 pounds and 5 foot 8 inches
would you recommend I train five times a week
