Aiight boys here’s a little PRE gym selfie. Thought I’d keep it honest and not take a picture after I’ve already got a pump ahah.
As you can see nothing special about me at the moment but I can’t wait to show you what changes I can make over the coming 12 weeks…
On Sunday the 14th of Jan (5 days ago) I took my pre start/pre cycle/pre kicking all this new routine off weight and the scales really didn’t like me that day. Aha na, anyway I weighed in at 90.1kg. Sunday morning fasted that was.
Decided to go a little lighter on the drugs then initially planned. So for now my weekly dosages are (All UGLOZ gear as AJ my brother hooked me up with this as a kick up the arse to make changes as I was stuck in a bad rut the end of last year, fell into my old Meth Addiction which spiralled into more obviously, valiums, weed, meth, sleeping tablets, mdma, Jesus, yeah you get it. Anyway all UGLOZ gear / Platinum Anabolics Oils and Sparta/Shogun Orals)
Current Dosages - (Split Over 2 Injections per week, Sunday Night at 6pm & Thursday Morning at 6am - exactly 3.5 days between shots)
Injectables dosages below.
- 350mg Test (AJs Platinum SuperTest)
- 200mg Mast E (Platinum)
- 50mg Tren E (Platinum)
(found a vial of Tren E in my stash decided to throw in a small dosage - if any of the mods see this and want to update the title of my log feel free)
Orals dosages below.
- 10mg Cardarine (Shogun)
(I take the Cardarine when I run Tren to help with my cardio output. Not so much for training but because I’m concreting at the moment and on big pour days it’s already difficult let alone now with Tren I’ll gas)
Will increase my dosages as I get further along and add in the oral anabolics for the last few weeks.
Am sussing out some HGH at the moment too will probably get some of that sorted in the next couple of weeks and just run it super moderate 2 - 3iu for 5 days on/2 days off. Will take it pre bed or post training.
Anyway, today on Friday the 19th, in the morning fasted I weighed in at 96.1kg. lol 6kg gained since Sunday. I’d say due to the Supertest containing the propionate ester and the fact I have been eating good clean foods, in quite large quantities and not missing any meals ect, a few training sessions under my belt now with maltodextrin mixed in with my muscle nation protein water that I drink Intra Workout and more maltodextrin mixed in my post workout WPI shake. Those glycogen stores are filling up quickly.
