Supplement for sleep

Trouble sleeping on my cut. What do you guys use? I take magnesium glycinate but doesn’t work. I don’t want to take something that will give me the hangover feeling in the morning. Have tried hit the rack by 1st detachment and it didn’t work.

sleeping is the biggest issue for many on cycle but before we tell you to use valerian or melatonin
we need to see you why did you stop updating your log?

we waited and its sad to see you dropped from the log, no updates nothing, and thats likely why you have sides not just this but many more we dont know about

can you start updating the log again asap please?
 
well if you are using stimulants thats gonna wreck your sleep in its own right
There's a lot of things you can do for sleep I've been writing about it for years give me more information and I can definitely help you
 
I would still lower your stimulants
even if it's early in the day it's still in your system
 
put Blue Block on your computers after 8 p.m.
That will help with your eyes if you use it late

you won't go wrong with sleep supplements
but make sure you don't get addicted to them
 
Watch your caffeine intake throughout the day. Remember that it has a 6 hour half-life! Limit your screen time closer to bed time and sip on a nice herbal tea. When you go to bed, go to bed. This means no phone time, tv, reading, etc.
